![]() ![]() HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AutoHotkeyScript\Shell\Edit\Command Have I missed something? Is this not possible to do any more? I'm running the latest versions of autohotkey and notepad on Windows 8.1. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad \notepad .exe" %1īut unfortunately none of the variations I tried have worked.I also tried the following values in case it was an issue with the quotation marks HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\AutoHotkeyScript\Shell\Edit\Command. ![]() HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AutoHotkeyScript\Shell\Edit\Command.I've tried closing and restarting autohotkey and rebooting my machine on the off chance it would solve the problem. Notepad always gets loaded when I try and edit the script. However, changing them doesn't seem to make any difference. I've tried following some of the solutions in the threads, namely editing certain registry keys to point from notepad.exe to the path to my install of notepad . I've searched Google and it's pointed me to a few threads on here but most of them seem to be years old. I'm trying to get notepad to open up when I right click on the tray icon and choose edit this script. ![]()
