![]() I'm not sure if that's more or less the same as your issue or not, but even when you get your new stuff into ICDm, I'd wonder if you can remove the old stuff, from ICDm. We've lost the ability to log into the SEP Manager, and the product licensing is expired, so we just need to wipe the agents out of SES console (the ICDm). Getting rid of the old clients/agents that were managed by SEP Manager is a topic I'd like an answer to as well. My av software has been expired now for over two months. Is it possible to move over the new license to the old site id where all my clients are? This is frustrating and has taken way too long. Im not able to do this when I sign in as it still shows my old now expired subscription. I see my old site id which has all my current clients with the expired license. They had me add my new site id to my account and it has been activated., My issue is when I sign into the SEP portal I do not see my new site id. ![]() I was finally able to renew and I have contacted support. It should not take 2 months to renew a license. See the following TechDoc for more information įirst off I have to say the experience with broadcom after they bought out symatec has been horrible. Broadcom should also have sent an email containing the licence details including the Serial Number. ![]() The Serial Number should be visible on your Broadcom portal under the new SiteID. You can enter the serial number via the Settings > Subscriptions tab. ![]() ![]() If you are accessing the new cloud portal, you activate the new licence using the serial number. Subject: How can I add my site if to my cloud portal ![]()
